A Big Thwomp then appears, followed by the boss door. Mario now has to rope-swing and avoid the Thwomps at the same time. An area full of Thwomps comes after, and more rope-swinging, rising and sinking platforms, and Lava Bubbles. Mario will then have to rope-swing to the other platform. A Coin Block, which can be changed into a Gold Block, can be found along with the ? Block containing the power-up. Rising and sinking platforms, Dry Bones and more Lava Bubbles then appears, followed by the checkpoint. A ? Block containing a Super Leaf can be found next, followed by more Lava Bubbles and rope climbing. That way, you will have more time to get the Star Coin.First off, Mario needs to climb a rope on the ceiling while avoiding the moving spiked platforms and walls, and also Lava Bubbles and the lava. Note: You can jump through the coin oulines before you hit the P-switch. Jump through the coin outlines to turn them into platforms, from which you can leap up to the final Star Coin. When inside, hit the block on the far left to reveal a P-Switch. Hop on the springboard to enter the pipe. You'll see a suspicious-looking red pipe at the top of the screen that can only be hiding something. Place the springboard down, and use it to bounce up to grab the coin.įor the last Star Coin, you'll need the springboard again. You'll soon see the second Star Coin flying in a circle at the top of the screen. Grab this and carry it onto the moving platform that's taking you through the level. Right after the checkpoint there is a ? block with a springboard inside. Stand on the right-hand one and jump to the left to reach the coin. The first Star Coin is above two block platforms that will rotate vertically when you approach them.
